At the Kazakhstan international exhibition "Tourism and Travel" (KITF) in Almaty tour operators of the Kyrgyz Republic began to conclude contracts from the very first minutes after the opening. Interest in our country is so great that visitors literally line up to the national pavilion of the Kyrgyz Republic. And even its proximity to the stands of such popular tourist countries as Thailand and the Maldives does not reduce the flow of those willing to work with travel agencies of the KR.
The KITF exhibition opened today in the southern capital of Kazakhstan. Our country is represented by 12 tour companies, boarding houses, hotels and resorts. Beach tourism is what traditionally attracts our northern neighbors. Tours to Issyk-Kul are in great demand. Another point of attention is the Association of designers and craftsmen of Kyrgyzstan, which presented its products at the exhibition.
This year at the exhibition, which will last three days, there are 252 travel agencies from 22 countries. In addition to participating in the stands, they have a large business agenda. Today, representatives of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Kazakhstan - attaché Nurgaz Olzhobayev and Zhibek Sharshembekova visited the national stand.
