Feel like a nomad in the heart of Moscow. An exhibition of the Kyrgyz Republic opened in Russia

An exhibition of the Kyrgyz Republic, which is its partner country this year, was opened in Moscow as part of the largest Russian Tourism Forum "Travel". The exhibition will be held from 8th to 11th June.

Tasty food, national games, interesting master classes, fashion show and unusual souvenirs - visitors to the Kyrgyz pavilions are waiting for a lot of interesting things. But most importantly, there’s a big business agenda planned. Representatives of travel companies of Kyrgyzstan can find new partners, and numerous guests of the forum - learn more about all the tourist opportunities of our country and even book a trip.

At the official opening of the Forum "Travel" Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Vakhrukov, Chairman of the of the Russian Federation on Tourism Sangaji Tarbayev and adviser to the president of the fund for the support of tourism development in the Kyrgyz Republic Maksat Usubalyev. He recalled that the Kyrgyz Republic was among the three most popular destinations for recreation among independent travelers from Russia.

"Traditionally, Russians preferred a beach holiday in Kyrgyzstan - a holiday on Lake Issyk-Kul. But now becomes more popular adventure tourism - mountaineering, climbing, living in yurts, riding horses, visiting ancient fortresses, climbing the high peaks of Tien-Shan. And we can offer for Russian travelers all kinds of tourism", - said Maksat Usubalyev.

Today, with the support and active participation of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation, the national exhibition was opened. The big national yurt with traditional decoration attracted attention. It enjoyed great popularity among adults and children, giving everyone the opportunity to join a nomadic culture in the heart of Moscow.

The forum provides a large program, representatives of the Tourism Fund and invited experts will tell about the history and customs of the Kyrgyz people. During all four days there will be many contests and entertainment - national games, archery performances, traditional food tasting nomads, dancers and musicians, fashion-show, workshops on making scarves, charms from leather and felt, clay paintings, kuraku - traditional patchwork technique, Chia-Kuurchak - creation of the oldest doll of the world, as well as Scythian tattoos.
