The Kyrgyz Republic today completes participation in the large international tourism exhibition ATM 2023 in the United Arab Emirates. This is one of the biggest events in the tourism business, where professionals discuss the latest trends in the tourism industry, attract new customers and find partners.
Eight tour operators from the Kyrgyz Republic went to the exhibition. Their main goal is to tell about the tourist opportunities of our country and increase the flow of tourists from Arab countries. "We have created a national pavilion - a unique platform where they can profitably present their tourism products and conclude contracts with foreign travel agencies. Participation in the exhibition will help domestic tour operators to increase the flow of tourists to Kyrgyz Republic and contributions to the budget in the form of taxes. And for us, this is a good chance to increase the visibility of the country in the international arena and attract direct investment in the tourism industry," - said vice-president of the Tourism Development Support Fund Kairat Itibayev.
The exhibition culminated in a presentation of the tourist potential of the Kyrgyz Republic. It was attended by more than 110 guests. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the UAE Abdilatif Zhumabayev welcomed them in Arabic and English. A deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Elvira Surabadieva in impeccable English told about the tourist potential of our country. The Vice-President of the Fund Kairat Itibayev focused on investment projects that may be of interest to foreign investors.
"We tried to gather the maximum audience and tell you why it is worth to go to the Kyrgyz Republic. Guests are very pleased. Our colleague from Poland, Marek Trachik, for example, admitted that this is the best presentation he has seen since the exhibition," - said Kairat Itibayev.
During the four days of the exhibition, the National Pavilion of the Kyrgyz Republic was visited by thousands of guests. Foreign audiences were attracted by his unique design, combining national symbols and mountains. Considerable interest was aroused by the girls in the national dresses, treating guests boars and kurut, and three giants with whom it was possible to take a picture for memory.
Recall that this is the 10th national pavilion, organized by the Fund to support the development of tourism in the Kyrgyz Republic.
