The life of nomads for an Italian director

Italian documentarian Mario Jani in Kyrgyzstan for the first time. Together with the video operator, they went on a tour of the Kyrgyz Republic, organized by the Tourism Development Support Fund.

Mario Giani, a documentary and producer from Italy makes his film more than half a century, during which time he traveled the whole world, but with the traditions of nomads, is recognized by the Italian, he meets for the first time.

The Italian film crew arrived in Kyrgyzstan for 10 days, their main task is to make a documentary about the traditions and culture of people living in the republic.

Mario Jani together with the cameraman has already visited the village of Kyzyl-Tuu on the south bank of Issyk-Kul, where the TV crew watched the yurts and shyrdaks doing. They spent the night in the glamping Royal Gate. TV people talk to normal families, they film cows milking and herding rams. As do kurut, kymyz, bake borsoks and scones, prepare national dishes.

After Issyk-Kul, Mario Jani’s team went to Son-Kul, where they continued to learn about the nomad culture.
